The rapid proliferation of spatial and non-spatial datasets (both internal and external) is both a godsend and a curse. How can we utilize GIS tools and methodologies to make sense of it all? It doesn’t matter if you are a municipality, a utility, a state-wide service provider, or a private engineering firm; the issues are consistent.
