Warren Kron is the GIS Coordinator for the Planning Commission at the City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge, Louisiana. His 15 years of public practice in the GIS and planning professions include development of the Parishwide GIS Program, leading an enterprise address management initiative, designing Web applications, watershed planning, improving landscape ordinances, and urban design. He earned a bachelor's degree of landscape architecture from the Louisiana State University Robert Reich School of Landscape Architecture in 1997. In April 2013, he was appointed to the Louisiana GIS Council to represent the Louisiana Municipal Association. When he is not working, Warren enjoys golfing, gardening, and cooking outdoors.
